There are many Tel Aviv tours and many markets in Tel Aviv, but none is quite like the famous and colorful Carmel market. Over the years, the market has received influence and inspiration from the neighborhoods of Nahalat Binyamin and the Yemenite Kerem Hatemanim.
We will go on a tour in the Carmel Market, taste humus in a surprising place, taste the best “Malabi” in Israel, and sample local boutique beer.
Not far from the Carmel Market, we will visit the alleyways of the Kerem Hatemanim neighborhood, full of colorful houses, inner courtyards, and lots of funny stories. We will hear about the childhood of Ahuva Ozeri and Daklon (famous Yemeni singers), the Kerem gang, and the most special places in the neighborhood.
